Breakfast McMuffin



I love to make these ahead of time and put them in a freezer zip lock back and freeze them. I love this Canadian Bacon. You can eat 5 pieces of it and only 60 caloires and 1.5 grams of fat.

Ingredients
Nature's Own English Muffins
1 Slice of Canadian Bacon or ham
Borden 2% Sharp Cheese

1. Put bacon and cheese on muffin and toast in oven or heat in microwave.
