Yummy Chicken Alfredo

This is so yummy. It is a little high in calories, but so worth it. One of my family's favorties.
Ingredients:
1 Box of Penne Rigate noodles (minus about 1 cup)
Cornflake Chicken (look under chicken recipes)
1 Can of Rotel (drained)
1 Bottle of Classico Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce
Season to taste
Parsley flakes
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper
Bread

1. Cook noodles on stove as directed and drain.
2. Heat cornflake chicken in microwave or in oven.
3. Pour all ingredients in pan (except for chicken) and heat.
4. Spray bread with butter flavored cooking spray, sprinkle with garlic and toast.

Calories 450, Fat 8 (without toast)

Breakfast McMuffin



I love to make these ahead of time and put them in a freezer zip lock back and freeze them. I love this Canadian Bacon. You can eat 5 pieces of it and only 60 caloires and 1.5 grams of fat.

Ingredients
Nature's Own English Muffins
1 Slice of Canadian Bacon or ham
Borden 2% Sharp Cheese

1. Put bacon and cheese on muffin and toast in oven or heat in microwave.

Calories 195, Fat 4.5

Santa Fe Style Chicken

Calories 160, Fat 2
For the whole can.

Hot Chocolate

When I am craving something hot or chocolate.


Calories 90, Fat 2
